NERO scheduled maintenance windows are 4:00AM to 6:00AM daily. Routine
maintenance is performed on Mondays, but critical maintenance may be
done on any day during the 4:00 to 6:00 window. We will provide notification
72 hours in advance of scheduled maintenance activities whenever possible.
On rare occasions it may be necessary to perform emergency maintenance
with little or no advance warning, for example to restore service after
an outage.
Additionally, our Internet Service Providers will from time to
time notify us of upcoming maintenance on their systems.
We will post these notices as they are received.
